Who besides me is sick to freakin' death of the winners and losers in congressional races being decided by the DCCC and DSCC? The blue staters in charge of these dispensaries of campaign cash seem to think they are wasting their time in states like Kansas, and then it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.
I am saying this right here and right now, no matter who it pisses off: I am not giving one more thin dime to the DCCC so they can send fat checks to entrenched blue-state reps who would win their god-damned elections anyway. (I'm not teeing-off on the DSCC right now, because they have thus far been very supportive of Claire in her effort to unseat Talent.)
If you are a red stater, you are far better off selecting a candidate in your area who is being starved of the Oxygen of politics (money) by the DCCC, and send you contribution to that candidates campaign effort directly. I live in a safely democratic district, so I selected Nancy Boyda who is trying - without the help of the DCCC - to unseat the ethically retarded Jim Ryun as the US house representative in the Kansas 2nd - as the candidate worthy of my meager contribution.
These self-important blue-staters have little use for us and even less respect.
Not one dollar. Not one dime. Not one single penny so long as those who hold the purse-strings in Washington ignore us and undermine our efforts to take back states with populist roots that go deeper than their conservative roots.
What is the matter with Kansas? It isn't the Kansans really. I know a lot of Kansans, and they are all pretty decent folks. The state gets a bad rap in the national media. Liberal female democrats are not strangers to the governors mansion, and the state that is redder than any other has the most liberal abortion laws in the nation. It even has a pretty healthy population of registered Democrats.
But like Rodney Dangerfield, they get no respect.
