HCA's Latest foray into Outrage

Several people have called me today, asking my opinion(s) about the proposed sale of HCA to a private company, meaning it will no longer be traded as common stock.

I do not yet know enough about the sale and the details therein to allow me to render an opinion of import.

I will be reading all of the local media, and I will be watching local news and speaking frequently with former co-workers who are still employed by HCA Midwest Division.

When I have facts, you will have my opinion; but so long as all I have to go on is speculation and wild guesses, I shall stay mum on the subject.
