A few months ago, I read an article in, I believe the New York Times, about a global warming experiment taking place in Colorado. The professor conducting the study went up into the mountains, selected an alpine meadow, and set up lights to raise the temperature and the intensity of the light, and started cataloguing the changes that started to occur almost immediately.
Basically, the alpine meadow became scrub brush and woody plant life and crowded out the flowers and succulents. Now I can't find the link, and I am in a global warming food-fight. I just can't use an argument I can't source, or at least I won't. Any help would be appreciated.
