I read it on a couple of blogs, but had not found definitive, irrefutable information on the subject before today. I finally called customer service, and just asked.
I was told that the company respected the privacy of its customers and that they did not comply with requests for customers calling records.
This was indeed good news to my ears. I would have had to fire them if they had, and that would have been a pricey proposition – I have five phones on my account, and two years remaining on my contract. At two hundred bucks a throw for canceling the service, it would have set me back a grand.
