On the heels of Matt Blunt's trip to France, his Department of
Corrections is shopping for over 23,000 pounds of "top blend, restaurant
quality" coffee for Missouri prisoners.
Some inmates may even enjoy a custom grind. The Bluntees have included "whole bean" coffee on their wish list
as well.
In related news, Matt Blunt stripped 100,000 kids and
low-income Missourians of their health care.
I am so proud to be a Missouri taxpayer right now that I could just plotz. Or maybe they are in a rush to upgrade prison conditions before they become guests of the state?
